Very proud to be hosting another world wide State of Customer Centricity project. Many thanks to all the organisations who have taken part. The good news is that we have identified great progress in how organisations are approaching their work. Generally we are seeing an average of 8-10% improvement across the 8 dimensions. We still have a long way to go as Customer Experience professionals but still, this increase is testament to the hard work we are all doing, day-in day-out.
